A while ago an astronaut named Col. Terry Virts came and spoke to us at our school. He was very nice and it was interesting to learn about how space is. Terry Virts was in space for six months, and now he is retired. He described every part of his experience and showed us pictures, and he told us a lot about space and rockets. Col. Terry Virts used to be a US Air Force test fighter pilot. he graduated from U.S. Air Force Academy, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Harvard Business School. Some of the books he has made are How To Astronaut, View From Above, and Apollo 11: To the Moon and Back. Col. Terry Virts has gone on three spacewalks and has gone on the Space Shuttle.
